Therapy & Coaching · Peer Consultation · Resiliency-Building Bootcamp

Whether you’re an individual or a couple seeking guidance in creating change, long and short-term therapy processes are available depending on your therapeutic needs. Some emotional wounds require deeper exploration in a talk therapy setting. Longstanding patterns, confusing family dynamics, and difficulty functioning in relationships with others are just a few examples. But if you’re seeking assistance with an issue requiring more targeted strategies, short-term work or coaching may be an option for you. We’ll begin with an Intake session to assess your needs and create a personalized plan.

Therapy

  • “Long-term therapy” describes a process built on regular (usually weekly) sessions that provides ongoing support and insight-building as you make sense of the past and move toward the future you hope for.

  • “Short-term therapy” and coaching are more outcome-focused processes, designed to provide skills, tools, and support as you learn to put them into practice. Sometimes when we don’t know where to begin, it can be helpful to start with building blocks.

Peer Consultation

  • Now offering consultation services to other mental health professionals seeking trauma-informed support in the areas of relational codependency, addictive processes, sexual addiction, intimacy disorders, and resiliency-building.

Resiliency-Building Bootcamp

  • Resilience refers to our internal strength, the lighthouse in the storm, the life vest in choppy waters. We’re all born with some ability to withstand difficulty, but some of us have an easier time accessing stability than others when the going gets tough. No matter where you fall on this spectrum, resilience can be built up through mindful practice of regulating skills. My bootcamps are educational workshops, designed to be participated in individually, in a group, with your partner or family, or even with your friends.
